The annual Festival on the Common is a family fun night. The evening is filled with live musical performances of Christmas and holiday music. The Polar Express with live entertainment is offered from 3 to 7. Santa is on duty, meeting with all children to get their Christmas Wish Lists. The lighting of the Common will also take place following the reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas by our own, Mayor Concannon. The Woburn Guild of Artists puts on a wonderful free art show. Ice carvings will be happening throughout the event, and various groups from across the city sell festive drinks and snacks.
