The Woburn Historical Commission is responsible for the preservation, protection, and development of the historical and archaeological assets of our city. Our responsibilities include research on places of historic or archaeological value, educational outreach to the community, building upon the base of historic knowledge already in existence, and establishing long-lasting protection of these resources for future generations.
The Woburn Historical Commission meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at City Hall at 7 pm. Meeting notices are posted at City Hall. The public is encouraged to attend. Our office is located on the ground floor in City Hall around the corner from the Building Inspector.
