MBTA Communities

At their October 15th, 2024 meeting, the City Council voted 8-1 to approve the MBTA Communities 3A legislation, a significant step toward ensuring compliance with state housing requirements. The City is now in the process of preparing and submitting the necessary documentation to the State for review and approval.
