There are currently no Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) notifications.
In the event of a SSO incident, the City will provide an alert within 4 hours of the occurrence and provide an update every 8 hours thereafter, if necessary.
To subscribe for SSO alerts, begin by logging into or creating a Rave Smart 911 profile.
Once created, select the “Alerts” button from the top toolbar and check off your notification preferences (text, voice, and/or email) in the event of a SSO.
