The city will maintain all street lights within the public right of way. If you have a street light request, you can contact the Department of Public Works at 781-897-5992. If you want to report a street light outage please report a concern here.

Information Requested

To expedite you streetlight outage request, the following information will be requested:

  • Nature of the problem (outage, flickering, or other)
  • Street address (be as specific as possible)
  • Pole number (if possible)
  • Your name and phone number in the event we need further assistance.
