Board of Health Nursing Department has Pneumonia Vaccines available for Ages 65+. Pneumococcal Vaccine, called PCV13 is recommended for Adults age 65+ regardless of history of vaccination with PPSV23. The newer PCV13 protects against 13 additional strains of pneumonia and was licensed in 2014.
