There will be citywide preliminary election on September 10, 2019. There are three candidates for the office of Mayor with the top two moving on to the final election. Voters have until Wednesday, August 21 to register to vote, change their name or their address for the election.
“We will be here for any voter who needs to register to vote, change a party, name or address with additional hours until 8:00 p.m. on August 21,” said City Clerk William Campbell. “However, many residents can register online from their computer or mobile phone.”
Voters can check their registration status, find their polling place, and register or change their name, party or address at http://www.RegisterToVoteMA.com “Although registration in person ends at 8:00 p.m. and mail-in forms must be post marked by August 21, voters have until 11:59 p.m. to register or make changes online,” Campbell said.
