March 31, 2020: Mayor Scott Galvin issued an Order, in conjunction with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, declaring a State of Emergency related to COVID-19 in the City of Woburn, until further notice. The Mayor’s Emergency Declaration, among other things, will enable the City to more promptly access and secure state and federal funding to obtain the tools and resources needed to protect the health and general welfare of Woburn residents and equip our First Responders with the tools they need.
