Beginning July 1, 2020, Woburn City Hall, will reopen to the public on a limited basis by appointment only. What follows are some temporary, general guidelines for the public and employees as the City of Woburn moves to reopen in a phased approach:
- Safety protocols regarding personal protection equipment (PPE), face covering, cleaning procedures, social distancing, etc. will remain in place and in
- City Hall access will be limited to the rear entrance of the building. Residents will coordinate with departments to schedule a meeting in one of three separate sitting areas in the Board of Health conference room to conduct business. Appointments can be made by resident upon arrival at City Hall, or ahead of time. A directory of department telephone numbers is conveniently located at the rear entrance. At the same, we continue to encourage residents to use online services whenever available.
- At this time, restrooms inside City Hall remain closed to the public.
Visitors:
- Visitors will be required to wear a face covering when entering any City building, including City Hall, and fill out visitor log book for contact tracing. Any visitors experiencing flu symptoms, a fever, coughing or shortness of breath will not be allowed to enter City Hall, and should seek medical attention.
