STATE DECLARES CRITICAL DROUGHT LEVEL FOR WOBURN
Five consecutive months of below-normal rainfall has led State Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) Secretary Kathleen Theoharides to declare a Level 3 – Critical Drought situation in the Charles River watershed, and Woburn is tributary to the river basin.
