A. Order to amend 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances relative to definitions of gross floor area and net floor area.

B.Order to amend 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances relative to overnight parking in a buffer zone adjacent to residential zoning district.

C. Order to amend 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances relative to conversion of significant historic building or structure.

D. 283 Salem Street, LLC for a special permit to allow accessory storage and overnight parking of up to ten (10) commercial motor vehicles and open or outside storage of new or used building materials or equipment as relates to the operation of a fence assembly and manufacturing business at 4 Draper Street.

E. Monroe Tractor & Implement Co., Inc. for a special permit to allow automobile and truck repair garage and a reduction in total number of required parking stalls for tractor and equipment repair and service at 192 New Boston Street.

F. Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for a grant of right in a way to locate a small cell wireless antenna and fixtures at 550 Main Street.
