A. Order to appropriate $41,000. from Cemetery Interest Fund to various Cemetery Accounts.

B. Order to transfer $370,000. from Veteran’s Cash Aid, Workers Comp, Unemployment Comp and Employee Insurance to Demo/Clapp School, Essex No. Shore Agr. School, Short Term Interest, and Medicare Match.

C. Order to transfer $205,000. from Fire/BLS Ambulance Acct to Various Fire Accts.

4. New Petitions:

A. Social Capital Inc. for special event permit to allow music concert series at Horn Pond on June 21, June 28, July 12, July 26 and August 9, 2019 at Horn Pond.

B. North Suburban YMCA to amend the date of the special event permit for a road race at Horn Pond and area streets from November 2, 2019 to November 3, 2019

C. Shamrock Running Club for a special event permit to allow a road race starting at Spence Farm and on various streets on July 4, 2019.

D. Camargo Chauffeur Service, LLC for renewal of Livery License.

E. Prochamp Realty, LLC to amend special permit by deleting Condition 3 that the special permit is not transferrable, at 951 Main Street.

F. McDermottroe Getty of Woburn, Inc. for a special permit to add a second story addition at 229 Lexington Street.

G. Cellco Partnership dba Verizon Wireless for a special permit to allow installation, maintenance, & operation of Wireless Communications Links, Building-Mounted on the existing building at 18 Frances Street.

5. Public Hearings:

A. Lord Hobo Brewing Company for a special permit as follows: 1. For a reduction in parking as referenced in new plan; 2. to allow parking of one (1) commercial vehicle; and 3. for offsite parking at 8 Draper Street, all at 5 Draper Street. (OTP)

B. Dorothy Geary to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Woburn by changing the zoning district at 0 Belmont Street and a portion of 1 Belmont from the I-G zoning district to the R-2 zoning district.

C. UDR Inwood LLC to modify a special permit by adding the plan entitled to the Plan of Record, which Plan shows the area of a proposed dog park at 1 Inwood Drive

D. SECO Properties, LLC for a special permit to change second floor and third floor uses from office to residential with two residential units on second floor and two residential units on third floor at 57 Russell Street

E. Tidd Home LLC to amend the Woburn Zoning Ordinances by deleting from Section 29.5.4 Conversion of Significant Historic Building the first line “Twenty (20) units per acre” and replacing same with “Up to a maximum of Fifteen (15) units.”

F. McSheffrey’s-SE, LLC for a special permit to allow sale or rental of automobiles, trucks, truck trailers and motorcycles within the Groundwater Protection District and amend Special Permit by deleting condition and for a Second Class Motor Vehicle Sales License, at 75 Main Street.

G. Seaver Properties LLC for a special permit to allow modification of special permit dated June 8, 2017 (“Decision”) to allow for: 1. Approval of plan entitled “Retaining Wall Modification Plan, Approved Layout Shannon Farms Woburn, MA” dated February 12, 2019 prepared by ALAN Engineering, L.L.C. (“Retaining Wall Plan”); and 2. That Retaining Wall Plan be made part of the “Site Plan” referenced in Condition 1 of the Decision, at 299 Lexington Street

H. Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC for a grant of right in a way to place one conduit in sidewalk at Montvale Avenue; continuing into the existing utility easement and to the rear of 355 Main Street, and to 3 Montvale Avenue and 347 Main Street.

I. New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T) for a special permit to construct above ground level free-standing utility pole and install one canister antenna together with related equipment at 130 Commerce Way.

J. To determine whether the property located at 14 Garfield Avenue is a nuisance as the terms is used in M.G.L. Ch. 139, Sec 1.

6. Unfinished Business from Previous Meetings:

A. If necessary, continuation of Public Hearing, discussion and action on the Fiscal Year 2020 City of Woburn Annual Budget.

7. Committee Reports:

A. Order to transfer the sum of $334,399.62 from Unreserved Fund Balance Acct to Teamsters, Non-Union Dept Heads, City Hall SEIU, DPW/Cemetery/Parks, Non-Union Non Dept. Heads – Purpose: Contract Settlements & Commitments.   (OTP)

9. Communications and Reports:

A. Representative Richard Haggerty invitation to Tri-Community Greenway ribbon cutting ceremony on June 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.

B. Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations relative to audit of dealerships in city for compliance with Lemon Law sticker requirement.
