a.   PUBLIC HEARING: ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT to revise Section 11 of the Woburn Zoning Ordinance entitled “Special Permits and Variances” by adding a new Section 11.13 entitled Board of Appeals Modification of Special Permits and Variances / Alderman Anderson

4. SUBDIVISIONS:

a.   DISCUSSION/DECISION: 3 Sherman Terrace Preliminary Subdivision Plan / Kathleen Paulsen

b.   ROBERTSON WAY SUBDIVISION:  Expired construction completion date and request for bond reduction / Melanson Development Group

5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:   February 25, 2020 meeting

6. PLANNING BOARD DIRECTOR UPDATE: (a) Meeting schedule, location and agenda items for next Board meeting on March 24, 2020 (b) Time-sensitive matters, if any, such as invitations to conferences/workshops; and (c) If required, general information on other topics such as implementation of the affordable housing production plan and master plan, updates on potential zoning ordinance and subdivision rules and regulations amendments to be discussed at future meeting(s).
