A. Veto message relative to Orders to amend the 1989 Woburn Zoning Ordinances and Woburn Zoning Map to allow for a new Section 31 Railway Overlay District (ROD).

4. New Petitions:

A. Petitions for renewal of Second Class Motor Vehicle Sales Cambridge Road Auto Service, Inc. dba Woburn Plaza Shell; and E&C Auto Brokers, LLC.

B. Petition by Verizon New England Inc. for a grant of right in a way to allow installation of conduit on Montvale Avenue and Washington Street.

C. Petition by 80 Holton Property Owner, LLC to amend special permit to delete condition restricting transferability at 80 Holton Street.

5. Public Hearings:

A. Horn Pond Plaza LLC for a special permit to modify a special to allow for: 1. Amendment to Condition 5 to read “That dumpsters shall be placed on cement pads on the northeast and southeast corners of the back building, shall be fenced and screened and shall be subject to a pest control program;” and 2. To allow for 671 parking spaces (784 required, 671 existing) at 350 Cambridge Road.

B. Black Diamond Landscapes, Inc. for a special permit to allow: 1. Overnight parking of seven (7) commercial vehicles, and 2. Alteration of a nonconforming use and structure to allow for a landscaping business to operate from 9 Green Street.

A. Order to establish no parking restriction on Caulfield Road.

B. Order to establish stop sign restriction on Crescent Road at Revere Road.

C. Order to establish no parking on westerly side of Draper Street south of Nashua Street.

D. Order for hearing to determine whether property located at 14 Hilltop Parkway is a nuisance.

E. Order to designate the Farmstand at the Hurld-Wyman School as the Ward 3 polling location.
