The following is the Notice of Meeting and, at the time of posting, a listing of topics that the Chairman reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the Regular Meeting of the Conservation Commission on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chamber, middle level of Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn.

 In accordance with Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020, and as a result of the outbreak of the 2019 novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, and the governor’s March 10, 2020 declaration of a state of emergency, I, Duane P. Cleak, Chairman of the Woburn Conservation Commission, declare: i) the Public Hearing for the Notice of Intent (DEP #348-0813) filed by Montvale Land LLC for work related to roadway alterations and related site work at Hill Street be rescheduled to August 27, 2020; and ii) the public hearings for the Notices of Intent filed during the state of emergency by (a) LCS Woburn LLC for work related to the construction of a senior housing development at 1 Hill Street (DEP # not yet issued) and (b) MVRH Realty, LLC for work related to the construction of a solar canopy carport at 20 Cabot Road (DEP # not yet issued), be scheduled to a date to be later determined by me. Written notice of the date of the public hearing shall be provided to the applicant at the applicant’s address and to the general public by posting electronically on the website of the City Clerk.
