A. New England Orienteering Club, Inc. for Special Event Permit at Horn Pond.

B. National Grid for grant of right in a way to install plastic gas main in Crossman Road.

C. Tom Morales and Michelle Morales for special permit to allow fill at 390 Russell Street.

D. MVRH Realty, LLC for special permit ad site plan review to amend special permit and site plan for solar photovoltaic installation, construction of structure in floodplain and extension or alteration of existing nonconforming use or structure at 20 Cabot Road.

5. Public Hearings:

A. Tesla Inc. for a special permit to amend a special permit to allow installation of twelve 12 Tesla charging posts, 4 Level 2 charging posts, 3 Level 3 Tesla superchargers, transformers, 1 switchgear and conduits at 101 Commerce Way.

B. LCS Woburn LLC for a special permit with site plan review to allow for 103 congregate elderly housing units, a 120-unit extended care facility, a reduction in number of required parking spaces, retaining wall exceeding 6 feet in height, overnight parking of up to 2 passenger vans, relief from requirement of access from lot’s legal street frontage and approval of all signage as set forth on the plans, all at 2 Hill Street.

C. Pulte Homes of New England, LLC for a special permit with site plan review to allow development of residential townhome and multifamily components of larger master-plan approved redevelopment at portions of Hill Street and 1 Washington Avenue.

D. To determine whether the property located at 11 Montvale Road is a nuisance as the terms is used in M.G.L. Ch. 139, Sec 1

E. To determine whether the property located at 8 Russell Court is a nuisance as the terms is used in M.G.L. Ch. 139, Sec 1.
