    • Whereas, the Woburn City Council received notification from the State Auditor’s Office regarding the financial impacts of the Early Voting Law and; Whereas, the Office of the State Auditor found that provisions of the Early Voting Law imposes a mandate within the meaning of the Local Mandate Law; Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Woburn City Council adopt the attached letter and send this communication to the respective parties
