The following City Council Committees will meet on Monday, February 8, 2021, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common St., Woburn, MA 01801. The following is a list of topics that, at the time of posting, the Committee Chairs reasonably anticipate will be discussed at the meeting.   2. Petition for renewal of First Class Motor Vehicles Sales License from Gordon Colonial Inc., dba Colonial Cadillac

 

Special Permits, following Public Safety & Licenses

  1. Reading of minutes of November 23, 20202.
  2. 25 Everett Street Realty Trust, Erik Kortz, Trustee for a special permit to allow for four (4) dwellings above first floor in a commercial structure, and 2. to substitute one (1) off-site parking space in a municipal lot, at 0 Walnut Street

 

Ordinance, Charter & Rules, following Special Permits

  1. Reading of meeting minutes of September 21, 2020
  2. Petition by Alderman Tedesco to amend the 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances, as amended, by adding a new Section 2 Definitions “Pet Recreation and Pet Day Care Facility”, new line 5.1.35b Pet Recreation and Pet Day Care Facility less than or equal to 5,000 sq. ft. by right use in I-P, IP-2, I-G and B-I, new line 5.1.35c Pet Recreation and Pet Day Care Facility greater than 5,000 sq. ft. special permit use in I-P, IP-2, I-G and B-I, and new note 28 in Section 5.1
