A. Petition by 18 Hovey Street Rear Left, LLC, Vittorio D’Amore, for a Special Permit for the
Reconstruction/rebuild of property damaged by flood/water damage and subsequent demolition of interior pursuant to Section 7.6 (1) and (2) at 18 Hovey Street Rear Left.
B. 5. Public Hearings:
A. Joseph Prizio for a special permit to allow the installation of an in-ground pool within the
Groundwater Protection District pursuant to Section 15.6.C.vi at 96 Pleasant Street.
B. G&A Realty Trust for a Special Permit to allow fast food restaurant pursuant to Section 5.1 (29)
at 433 Main Street.
C. Popeyes for a Special Permit to allow for a fast food restaurant pursuant to Section 5.1 (29) at
305 Mishawum Road.
D. Order to amend the 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances, as amended, be further amended by
amending the definition of “RESTAURANT, FULL- SERVICE” in Section 2 by inserting after
“space” on the first line the following language: “(including outdoor seating and rooftop
dining)”.
E. Order to amend Section 11.6.12 entitled “Rooftop Dining in the B-D District” and Section 5.1
entitled “Table of Use Regulations”, Note 27 of the 1985 Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Woburn.
F. To determine whether the property located at 31 Elm Street is a nuisance as the term is used in M.G.L. Ch. 139, Sec 1.
6. Unfinished Business from Previous Meetings:
A. If necessary, continuation of Public Hearing, discussion, and action on the Fiscal Year 2022 City of Woburn Annual Budget.
B. Order to amend the Woburn Municipal Code by revising Title 2, Article XVIII, Compensation of Officers and Employees to increase the base salary of Appeals, Board of Alternate (1) from $1,350.00 to $4,500.00.

A. Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Woburn that the 1985 City of Woburn Zoning Ordinance as amended be further amended as follows: amend Section 25 UPPER MAIN STREET OVERLAY DISTRICT (UMS) as follows: 1. Section 25F.3 shall be amended by deleting “fifty-seven (57)” on the last line of the paragraph and replacing with “twenty (20) units per acre.”
