Request for approval of minor changes to The Vale (DEP #348-0814) plans including: (1) a slight shift in the location of the underground utility corridor; (2) a shift in the location of a retaining wall which is outside of jurisdictional areas and associated revised grading; and (3) revised interim grading of the townhome areas to match the approved plans referenced in the (Pulte) Order of Conditions (DEP #348-0817)
