2. Public Hearings:
a. William E. Scire – Locus: 7 Locust Street – NOI- DEP #348-845 – Single Family House – (Public Hearing continued from February 10, 2022)
3. Business Items:
a. Request for approval of minor changes to The Vale (DEP #348-0814) plans including: (1) a slight shift in the location of the underground utility corridor; (2) a shift in the location of a retaining wall which is outside of jurisdictional areas and associated revised grading; and (3) revised interim grading of the townhome areas to match the approved plans referenced in the (Pulte) Order of Conditions (DEP #348-0817)
b. Vote to authorize the Chairman, acting on the Commission’s behalf, to sign the Escrow Agreement for the performance guarantee for the Hill Street Roadway Project (DEP #348-0813).
