b. Request for approval of the calculation of 150% of the costs of all proposed replicated wetlands (including cost of materials, installation, and monitoring) at the Vale

c. Vote to authorize the Chairman, acting on the Commission’s behalf, to sign the Escrow Agreement for The Vale Project (DEP #348-0814)
