The following is the Notice of Meeting and, at the time of posting, a listing of topics that the President reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the Regular Meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn. The order of the matters may be amended at the meeting.

- Communications from His Honor the Mayor:
- Presentation by Powers and Sullivan regarding the end of year audit results.
- Order creating Opioid Settlement Stabilization Fund.
- Order to transfer the sum of $91,110.68 from Mayor Salary Adjustment Account to Library Salaries Account.
- Order to transfer the sum of $468,478.48 from Mayor Salary Adjustment Account to Police Salaries Account.
- Order to authorize Mayor to accept grant share from Industri-Plex Trustee Council in the amount of $124,700.00, and $235,00.00 from the North American Wetlands Council for the design and permitting at the Shaker Glen Restoration Project; and $93,900.00 from the Industri-Plex Trustee Council and $80,635.00 from the North American Wetlands Council for the design and permitting of the Scalley Dam Fishway Project.
- Order to authorize Mayor to accept grant share from Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness in the amount of $271,425.00 and an additional Congressional Earmark in the amount of $259,000.00 for the design and permitting of Hurld Park.

- Petitions for renewal of Common Carrier Licenses for the following: Transaction Corporate Shuttles Inc., 5 Wheeling Avenue; and M&L Transit Systems Inc., 60 Olympia Avenue.
- Accutemp Engineering Inc. for a special permit to allow overnight parking for 2 vehicles, at 271 Salem Street, Building H.
- Petition by 120 Commerce Apartments, LLC c/o Toll Brothers Apartment Living to amend Section 32 of the WZO to allow for solar photovoltaic systems in the Commerce Way Corridor Overlay District.
