  3. Communications from His Honor the Mayor:
    1. Order authorizing Mayor to enter into a Utility Easement Agreement with David J. Buttaro and Dianne L. Buttaro of 4 Buttaro Road.
    2. Order authorizing the Mayor to accept from Josephine Carchia, for open space purposes, a parcel of land between Summit and Alpine Avenues (paper streets).

M&K Engineering Inc., for a special permit pursuant to Section 7.3 of the WZO to allow for additional storage space of approximately 6,450 square feet more or less of gross floor area as shown on the site plan file with this petition, due to nonconforming front yard setback of 20.4 feet, at 166 New Boston Street.
