  3. Communications from His Honor the Mayor:
    1. Order authorizing Mayor to accept FY2024 Chapter 90 funds.
  4. New Petitions:
    1. New England Orienteering Club for a Special Event Permit for a map and compass sport event at Horn Pond, parking lot and Arlington Road on August 27, 2023.
