Meeting Agenda
The following City Council Committees will meet on Monday, October 23, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in City Council Chambers, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn, MA. The following is a list of topics that, at the time of posting, the Committee Chairs reasonably anticipate will be discussed at the meeting. The order of the matters may be amended at the meeting.

Committee on Liaison, 6:00 p.m.
- Reading and approval of meeting minutes of September 25, 2023.
- Resolve for Committee on Liaison to meet with the Mayor to discuss migrant families.
- Order authorizing Mayor to participate in Massachusetts Property Assessed Clean Energy Program (PACE Massachusetts).
Committee on Infrastructure & Public Lands, following Liaison
- Reading and approval of meeting minutes of May 30, 2023.
- Resolve for Committee on Infrastructure and Public lands meet with City Engineer regarding Washington Street Corridor.
Committee on Public Safety & License, following Infrastructure & Public Lands
- Reading and approval of meeting minutes of October 10, 2023.
- Petitions for renewal of First Class Motor Vehicles Sales License by the following: N. Wood Enviro, LLC, 200 Merrimac Street; and Woburn Foreign Motors, Inc., 394 Washington Street.
- Petitions for renewal of Second Class Motor Vehicles Sales Licenses by the following: Southside Associates, Inc. dba Burke’s Garage, 71 Main Street; Cargotiators LLC d/b/a Cargotiator Auto Sales, 104 Winn Street; and Montvale Service, 289 Salem Street.
- Request by C.N. Wood Company Inc. to change name on First Class Motor Vehicle Sales License to “C.N. Wood Co., Inc.” and renewal of First Class Motor Vehicles Sales License.
Committee on Special Permits, following Public Safety & License
- Reading and approval of meeting minutes of October 10, 2023.
- Aaron Equipment & Supply LLC for a special permit pursuant to Section 5.1(57b) of the WZO, to allow overnight parking for four vehicles and a four yard dumpster, at 271 Salem Street, Unit M.
Any other matter that may be legally before the Committees.
