The following City Council Committees will meet on Monday, October 30, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in City Council Chambers, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn, MA. The following is a list of topics that, at the time of posting, the Committee Chairs reasonably anticipate will be discussed at the meeting. The order of the matters may be amended at the meeting.

Committee on Infrastructure & Public Lands, at 6 p.m.

1. Reading and approval of meeting minutes of October 23, 2023.
2. Resolve for Committee on Infrastructure and Public lands meet with City Engineer regarding Washington Street Corridor. 

Committee on Personnel, following Infrastructure & Public Lands

1. Reading and approval of meeting minutes of October 10, 2023.
2. Appointment of Meaghan Elizabeth Dunn to the Board of Trustees for the Woburn Public Library
3. Reappointment of Richard Mahoney to the Board of Trustees for the Woburn Public Library

Committee on Special Permits, following Personnel

1. Reading and approval of meeting minutes of October 23, 2023
2. Aaron Equipment & Supply LLC for a special permit pursuant to Section 5.1(57b) of the WZO, to allow overnight parking for four vehicles and a four yard dumpster, at 271 Salem Street, Unit M
3. Autoworx Inc., for a special permit under WZO Section 5.1(44) and to amend a previously issued special permit dated May 27, 2021 to remove Condition No. 2 to allow for a spray booth, at 921 Main Street

Committee on Public Safety & License, following Special Permits

1. Reading and approval of meeting minutes of October 23, 2023.
2. Petition for renewal of Second Class Motor Vehicles Sales License by Montvale Service, 289 Salem Street
