4. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
a. PUBLIC HEARING (CONTINUED): 0 MARCY STREET DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION PLAN / Commonwealth Realty Foundation, LLC and Cummings Properties, LLC

5. SUBDIVISIONS:
a. 24 FLAGG STREET: Expiration of construction completion date and update on remaining surety / 24 Flagg Street LLC (George Gately)
b. SHERMAN TERRACE: Expiration of construction completion date and update on completion of remaining work / Sherman Terrace LLC, William Scire
c. CARLSON WAY: Acceptance of submitted as-built and acceptance plans, release of remaining bond monies posted to guarantee subdivision completion / Bryan Melanson

PLANNING BOARD DIRECTOR UPDATE: (a) Meeting schedule, location and agenda items for next Board meeting on January 23, 2024; (b) Time-sensitive matters, if any, such as invitations to conferences/workshops; and (c) If required, general information on other topics such as implementation of the affordable housing production plan and master plan, updates on potential zoning ordinance and subdivision rules and regulations amendments to be discussed at future meeting(s).
