NOTICE OF SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING

 

 

There will be a meeting of the ECP Task Force subcommittee on October 29, 2024, beginning at 3:15 PM in the Conference Room at the Reeves Elementary School, 240 Lexington Street, Woburn, Massachusetts.

 

The topics to be discussed are:

 

  1. Update on a budget for the ECP space (10 minutes)
  2. Continue discussion around the potential use of portables (10 minutes)
  3. Update on the potential of leasing commercial space (10 minutes)
  4. Continue discussion around creative ways we can use school space for an ECP (10 minutes)
  5. Brainstorm additional ideas for an ECP location (10 minutes)
  6. Determine next steps and action items based on updates (10 minutes)
  7. Any other ECP Task Force related business that can legally come before the Subcommittee (5 minutes)
