    1. 38 MIDDLE STREET & 0 FRYEBURG ROAD – Lot Line Adjustment Plan.
  3. PUBLIC HEARING:
    1.  PUBLIC HEARING ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT: to amend the 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinance by revising Section 5.1, Table of Use Regulations, (79) by deleting “P” and inserting    “X”, so that municipal uses are permitted as of right in all zoning districts / by City Council President Dillon per request of Mayor Concannon. 
  4. DEFINTIVE SUBDIVISIONS:
    1. 24 FLAGG STREET: Request for extension of construction completion date.
    2. CLIFFSIDE TERRACE – Review status of subdivision approval.
    3. 43 POOLE STREET/WINTER ROAD – Establish surety and Release Lots from the Terms of the Covenant.
  5. DISCUSSION (Continued): Procedural Rules Governing the Planning Board / Planning Board
  6. PLANNING BOARD DIRECTOR UPDATES: (a) meeting schedule, location and agenda items for next Board meeting on January 14, 2025; (b) Time-sensitive matters, if any, such as invitations to conferences/workshops; and (c) If required, updates on potential zoning ordinance and subdivision rules and regulations amendments to be discussed at future meeting(s).
