  4. PUBLIC HEARING:
    a. PUBLIC HEARING ZONING MAP AND TEXT AMENDMENT: to amend the 1985 Woburn to amend the following: 1. The 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinance, as amended, by adding a new entitled “Central Square Overlay District (CSOD)” as set forth in the petition; and 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Woburn by making thirteen (13) parcels of land as shown on a plan entitled “Overlay District Zoning Exhibit Plan” dated November 25, 2024, engineered stamped December 13, 2024, subject to Central Square Overlay District (CSOD), which include: which include: 654 Main Street (36-09-31); 658 Main Street (36-03-01); 662 Main Street (36-03-02); 664 Main Street (36-03-03); 668 Main Street (36-03-04); 670 Main Street (36-03-05); 2 Lowell Street (36-03-06); 4 Lowell Street (36-03-07); 10 Lowell Street (36-03-08); 12 Lowell Street (35-11-06); 14 Lowell Street (35-11-07); 16 Lowell Street (35-11-08); and 660 Main Street (35-11-05). / Guastavino Realty LLC by its Attorneys, Rubin and Rudman LLP.
  5. DISCUSSION (Continued): Procedural Rules Governing the Planning Board / Planning Board

PLANNING BOARD DIRECTOR UPDATES: (a) meeting schedule, location and agenda items for next Board meeting on February 11, 2025; (b) Update on MGL Permit Extension Act; (c) Time-sensitive matters, if any, such as invitations to conferences/workshops; and (d) If required, updates on potential zoning ordinance and subdivision rules and regulations amendments to be discussed at future meeting(s).
