2. SUBDIVISION APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED PLANS (ANR’s), if any
3. PUBLIC HEARING: ZONING AMENDMENT OUTDOOR DINING: to amend the 1985 Zoning Ordinances, as amended, by: 1) Revising Section 2, Definitions, for the term: “OUTDOOR DINING” by deleting the last sentence in the existing definition, which reads: “Outdoor Dining use shall not be permitted at a Restaurant, Fast Food establishment”; 2) Adding to the existing first sentence of the definition of “RESTAURANT, FAST FOOD” the following language: “including outdoor dining”, so that said sentence shall read: “Any building, room, space (including outdoor dining) or portion….” ; 3) Revising Section 5.1(29) Table of Use Regulations by adding new NOTE 29 to the Notes; other Sections, and (4) Revising Section 5.1 “Notes to 5.1 Table of Use Regulations” by adding new Note 29, which shall read: “29. Any existing Restaurant, Fast Food that is not currently providing outdoor dining shall be required to obtain approval pursuant to Section 11.12 of an amendment to its Site Plan of Record from the City Council prior to providing any outdoor dining. This requirement shall not apply to any fast food restaurant that has been issued a Special Permit Decision with an approved site plan showing outdoor seating.” / City Councilors Joseph Demers, Lou DiMambro and Robert Toro

5. DISCUSSION (Continued): Procedural Rules Governing the Planning Board / Planning Board
6. PLANNING BOARD DIRECTOR UPDATES: (a) meeting schedule, location and agenda items for next Board meeting on May 13, 2025; (b)Time-sensitive matters, if any, such as invitations to conferences/workshops; and (c) If required, updates on potential zoning ordinance and subdivision rules and regulations amendments to be discussed at future meeting(s).
