The Woburn Board of Assessors will meet on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, beginning at 5:00 pm in the Engineering Conference Room, Lower Level, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn, Massachusetts. The following is a listing of topics that, at the time of posting, the Chairman of the Board of Assessors reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting.

1. Acceptance of Minutes from Prior Board Meeting
2. Consideration of Appeals Pending at Appellate Tax Board. This meeting may be held in executive session pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 30 (a)(6).

3. Consideration of Request of Solicitor regarding City of Woburn purchase of 6 Common Street pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 59 Section 72A. This meeting may be held in executive session pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 30 (a)(6).

4. Update of Solar PILOT for 120 Commerce Way (Onyx Development, LLC). This meeting may be held in executive session pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 30 (a)(6).
