The following is the Notice of Meeting and, at the time of posting, a listing of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at a meeting of the Woburn License Commission on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., in City Council Chambers, 10 Common St., Woburn, MA.   1. Sunrise Café LLC, dba The Restaurant, 487 Main St., Woburn, MA – show cause hearing for Section 12 All Alcohol On-Premises License – violating M.G.L. c.138, §77 to wit: ceasing to conduct the licensed business as of February 27, 2025
  2. Shake Shack Massachusetts LLC, 300 Mishawum Road, Woburn, MA, relative to an application for change of officers/directors/LLC managers and change of ownership interest at 300 Mishawum Road
  3. Gulozitu’s Restaurant, 502 Main St., applications for a standup drinking permit and an entertainment license
  4. Lord Hobo Brewing Co., 5 Draper St., application for a special 1-day liquor license for Dogtoberfest from 12-5 p.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2025
  5. Discussion of City Solicitor memorandum regarding special 1-day licenses at social clubs
  6. Discussion of City Solicitor’s memorandum regarding Section 12C caterer’s licenses
  7. Update for 2025 Common Victualer’s licenses
  8. Approval of meeting minutes of June 26, 2025
  9. Any other matter that may be legally before the commission
