The following City Council Committees will meet on Monday, November 10, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Committee Room, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn, Massachusetts. The following is a list of topics that, at the time of posting, the Committee Chairs reasonably anticipate will be discussed at the meeting. The order of the matters may be amended at the meeting.

Committee on Public Safety and License, at 6:00 p.m.

  1. Reading and approval of minutes from meeting of October 14, 2025.
  2. Petitions for 2026 renewal of First-Class Motor Vehicles Sales Licenses by the following: Gordon Colonial, Inc., dba Colonial Cadilac, 201 Cambridge Road; and DCD Nucar WOMA, LLC, 40 Winn Street.
  3. Petitions for 2026 renewal of Second-Class Motor Vehicles Sales Licenses by the following: Alex Auto Broker Inc., 505 Main Street; Wassim (Sam) Nicholas dba Woburn Square Mobil, 23 Pleasant Street; George’s Auto Body of Woburn, Inc., 19 Jefferson Avenue, #C; and Southside Associates, Inc. dba Burke’s Garage, 71 Main Street.

  1. Reading and approval of minutes from meeting of July 22, 2025.
  2. Ken Parlee to discuss amending language in WZO Section 35 – Protected Use Accessory Dwelling Units.
