The following is the Notice of Meeting and, at the time of posting, a listing of topics that the President reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the Regular Meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn. The order of the matters may be amended at the meeting.

  2. Reading of Previous Meetings Journal.
  3. Communications from His Honor the Mayor: None.
  4. New Petitions:
    1. NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for grant of location to install approximately 58 feet of conduit and one new manhole (MH31874), west of Harlow Court, in Main Street.
    2. NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for grant of location to install approximately 50 feet of conduit and one new manhole (MH31872), west of Campbell Street, in Main Street.
    3. 20 Franklin Realty Trust for a special permit under WZO Section 5.1(69), Section 7.3, and Section 15.7 to raze a preexisting nonconforming three family structure damaged by fire to construct a new three family dwelling in the Groundwater Protection District, at 20 Franklin Street.
    4. WCV – 45 Industrial, LLC for a special permit under WZO Section 5.1(69) for the extension of a preexisting nonconforming loading space fronting a roadway, in violation of Section 8.7.10, to allow for the expansion of the loading door, at 45 Industrial Parkway.
  5. Public Hearings:
    1. Site One Landscape Supply, LLC for a special permit under WZO Section 5.1(43), Section 5.1 (57b), and Section 7.3 for the following: 1. The interior and exterior accessory storage of landscape products, supplies, and tools; 2. The overnight storage of two (2) commercial vehicles; and 3. The continued use of the nonconforming structure and parking spaces, for a business service and business sales establishment under Section 5.1(27), at 31 Sixth Road. (OTP)
