The following City Council Committees will meet on Monday, March 23, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Committee Room, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn, Massachusetts. The following is a list of topics that, at the time of posting, the Committee Chairs reasonably anticipate will be discussed at the meeting. The order of the matters may be amended at the meeting.

Committee on Public Safety and Licenses, at 6 p.m.

1.      Reading and approval of minutes from meeting of February 25, 2026.

2.      Woburn Host Lions Club for special event permit for a charity dog walk at Horn Pond and area streets on April 26, 2026 with request for waiver of umbrella liability insurance.

3.      Tchouko Transportation LLC for a new livery license at 19 Mill Terrace

Committee on Personnel, after Public Safety and Licenses

1. Reading and approval of minutes from meeting of February 9, 2026.
2. Reappointment of Daniel J. Gately to the Woburn Housing Authority Board

Committee on Special Permits, after Personnel

1. Reading and approval of minutes from meeting of Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
2. City of Woburn for a special permit under WZO Section 5.1(79) for a skateboard park at the Shamrock Elementary School, at 60 Green Street

Committee on Liaison, after Special Permits

1. Reading and approval of minutes from meeting of February 9, 2026.
2. Housing Production Plan presentation
