Notice is hereby given for the next Fire Station Building Committee Meeting to be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 1:00pm, in the Lower Level Conference Room at City Hall 10 Common Street, Woburn, MA.

The Agenda will be as follows:

1. Call to Order… Roll Call.
2. Review and Approve meeting minutes of March 12, 2026 meeting.
3. Update status/ review any issues at Henshaw Street Temporary Station 4 location. (Chief Poole)
4. Update status of new Station 4 construction schedule, progress, and budget. (Pat Saitta- MBC/ Rick Rice- DiNisco)
5. Any additional comments regarding new Station 4 (Mention Weekly Observation Reports).
6. Update status of new Station 5 design process. (Pat Saitta- MBC/ Rick Rice- DiNisco)
7. Update status of new Station 5 site location progress; to include City Council Special Permit Process, Conservation Commission process status, and MassDOT Permit process status… related next steps and timeframe. (Pat Saitta- MBC/ Rick Rice- DiNisco/ Mark Salvati/ Alex Rozycki)
8. Update status of new Station 5 construction bid process (Orazio DeLuca)
9. Review and Approval of new Station 5 proposed Reimbursable Expense Authorization Requests 9 and 10 (RE-09 Conservation Commission Order of Conditions/ Reeves Certificate of Compliance and RE- 10 MaDOT Permit Fee). (Pat Saitta- MBC/ Rick Rice- DiNisco)
10. Review Proposed Amendment #10 OPM Services for Station 5 (Pat Saitta- MBC)
