The following City Council Committees will meet on Monday, June 22, 2026, beginning at 6 p.m. in the Committee Room, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn, Massachusetts. The following is a list of topics that, at the time of posting, the Committee Chairs reasonably anticipate will be discussed at the meeting. The order of the matters may be amended at the meeting.

Madison Woburn Holdings LLC request for minor modification to various special permits issued Mixed Use Hotel/Restaurant Decision dated August 11, 2015; special permit issued to Chick-Fil-A issued July 14, 2016 as amended on January 24, 2018, July 19, 2019, October 11, 2018 and May 27, 2021; special permit issued to Pressed Café dated August 15, 2023 and special permit issued to Starbuck’s dated March 21, 2024. Committee on Public Safety and License, after Special Permits

2. Receipt and placement on file of items that have been in committee for more than 24 months pursuant to Rule 36 of the City Council’s Rules and Orders.
3. Woburn Memorial High School Deca Club for a special event permit for a road race at Horn Pond and area streets on August 15, 2026
4. Musto Jewelers for renewal of Secondhand Dealers and Secondhand Collectors License, at 186 Cambridge Road #9
