4.      Public Hearings:

A.    NStar Electric Company dba Eversource Energy for grant of right in a way to install one guy pole in Lake Terrace and to install one pole.

B.     Verizon New England Inc. for a grant of right in a way in Salem Street to place conduit, one manhole, and one hand-hole, and in Pine Street place conduit.

C.     National Grid for grant of right in a way to replace bare steel with 6 inch plastic in Woburn Parkway [Request to withdraw filed].

D.    C&C Realty Trust, Fred J. Cotreau and John J. Canney, Jr., Trustees for a special permit to allow for fill and for outside storage of building materials and equipment at 6 Draper Street.

E.     Ronchetti Masonry for a special permit to allow: 1. Outside storage of building materials and equipment, 2. Accessory storage trailers, and 3. Accessory parking of commercial vehicle, at 6 Draper Street.

H.    To determine whether the property located at 135 Montvale Road is a nuisance as the terms is used in M.G.L. Ch. 139, Sec 1.

D.    KPS Bhatti Inc. for new Livery License (OTP).

E.     West Woburn Development Corporation to accept plan revision for pumping station at 298 Lexington Street (OTP).

7.      New Petitions:

            A.    Woburn Friends of Hospice for Special Event Permit to allow walk and road race at Horn Pond on October 1, 2017.

            B.     Lionano Inc. for a special permit to allow a research and testing laboratory at 195 Presidential Way.

            C.     36 Cabot Road LLC for special permit to allow for construction of new building  for wholesale establishment, warehouse and distribution use, office space and light manufacturing in flood plan district at 32 Cabot Road.

8.      Communications and Reports:

A.    City Solicitor request to meet in Executive Session such meeting in executive session under Purpose 3, G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(a)(3) relative to pending litigation of  NAI Entertainment v. Woburn City Council.

B.     Woburn Council on Aging Director’s Report and minutes of meeting for August 2017.

C.     City Solicitor relative to Woburn Zoning Ordinances Section 11.3(11) relative to time limitation on use of special permits.

D.    City Solicitor relative to execute and accept donations of easement for Montvale Avenue widening project.
