A. Order to transfer $125,000. from Fire/BLS Ambulance Acct to Fire Ambulance Salary Acct.
B. Order to transfer $1,403,985.67 from Mayor Salary Adjustments Acct to Union Contract Settlements.
C. Order to authorize Mayor to enter into ten year lease of O’Brien Ice Rink.

4. Public Hearings:
A. Madison Woburn Holdings LLC for special permits and site plan approval to amend special permit as follows: 1. Special Permit to allow for a Mixed Use Hotel/Restaurant Use; 2. Special Permit to allow for a reduction in off street loading requirements; 3. Special Permit to allow for fast food restaurant; 4. Site Plan Approval to allow for a fast food restaurant; 5. Special Permit to allow hours of operation for the fast food restaurant beyond 11:00 p.m.; and 6. Amended site plan which includes eight (8) Tesla charging stations and related equipment, at 369 Washington Street.
B. Vecna Technologies, Inc. for a special permit to allow six storage containers at 71 Pine Street.
C. Subhadraben Patel for a special permit to allow fast food restaurant at 902 Main Street.
D. Leo Realty Holdings LLC for special permits to allow for eight (8) residential units above first floor story in commercial structure at 375 Main Street; and to amend a prior special permit to allow for an addition to 371 Main Street.
E. Petrogas Group New England Inc. for a special permit to allow the addition to and renovation of an existing building currently used as gasoline service station and convenience store at 325 Washington Street.
F. Little Egg Realty for a special permit to modify Condition 7 of a special permit to allow ceiling joists in a garage to be covered at 5 Hancock Street.
G. President Haggerty and Alderman Higgins to amend the 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances by adding a new paragraph 11.3.13 Minimum Mandatory Conditions and by adding a new paragraph 11.3.14 Compliance/Remedies.

C. NSTAR Electric Company dba Eversource Energy for a grant of right in a way to install new subsurface transmission conduit beneath Lake Avenue, Pickering Street, Border Street, Cross Street, Washington Street and Montvale Avenue.
D. Unified Construction Group LLC for a special permit to allow overnight parking of commercial box trucks and cargo vans at 29 Draper Street.
