A. Order to transfer $240,000. from Unreserved Fund Balance Acct to Veteran’s Cash Aid Acct.

 

4. Public Hearings:

A. 36 Cabot Road LLC for a special permit to allow construction of new building for 1. Wholesale establishment, warehouse and distribution use, 2. Office use, and 3. Light manufacturing use, at 32 Cabot Road. [request to continue filed]

B. Jamieson Properties to amend the 1989 Woburn Zoning Ordinances, as amended by adding a Section 31 Federal Street Smart Growth Overlay District (FS/SGOD) in accordance with the purposes of G. L. Chapter 40R.

C. Jamieson Properties to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Woburn by changing the zoning district for the property located at 14 Federal Street and 14R Federal Street from the B-D zoning district to the FS/SGOD zoning district.

D. Order to amend Woburn Zoning Ordinances by amending Section 11.11.1 relative to affordable housing requirement in dwelling units above first floor commercial structure.

E. Order to amend Woburn Zoning Ordinances by amending Section 11.11.1 by amending requirement for affordable housing units from 10% to 25%.

F. Order to amend Woburn Zoning Ordinances by amending Sections 11.11.3, 11.11.4 and 11.11.5 by deleting off-site affordable housing option, by renumbering section, and by changing calculation of fractional unit of affordable housing by rounding up to nearest whole number.

G. President Haggerty and Alderman Anderson to amend the 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances, as amended relative to “Rooftop Dining”

H. To determine whether property located at 425 Main Street is a nuisance as the terms is used in M.G.L. Ch. 139, Sec 1.
