NOTICE OF HEARING AND AVAILABILTY OF THE
2026 CAPITAL PLAN & 5 YEAR PLAN

IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL REGULATIONS AND THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES, The Woburn Housing Authority made available the capital Plan, at the Main Office to interested parties, for Federal Public Housing Development Plan is ready for review and comment. There will be a Public Hearing on the plan. It will be held on Wednesday March 18th, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Spring Court Community Room 145 Spring Court Ext. Woburn. Please Note that the Authority has not changed its GOALS, OBJECTIVES OR POLICIES from the Original Five-Year Plan. All interested parties may make comments on the plan. Comments may be submitted in writing to the authority. The comments will be noted at the hearings and made available to HUD when the final plan is submitted. Send all comments, in writing, to:
