Eversource’s newly approved Basic Service rate for February 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026 is an increase over current supply rates. It has been approved by MA DPU.
Eversource’s new residential Basic Service rate will be 15.065 ¢/kWh for the period February 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026. This is higher than both their current Basic Service rate (14.884 ¢/kWh) and Woburn Community Electricity’s current default product rate (13.891 ¢/kWh). Woburn Community Electricity supply participants will continue to benefit from a rate below the utility’s price during this upcoming period.
