  3. Communications from His Honor the Mayor:
    1. Order that the sum of $255,000.00 be transferred from Mayor Salary Adjustment Acct# 0112151-511019 to WHMS Teachers Salaries Acct# 0219071-511010.
    2. Order that the sum of $2,053,000.00 be transferred from Fire/BLS Ambulance Acct# 31359-595000 to Fire Regular Salary Acct# 0122051-51000, Fire Overtime Acct# 0122051-513100, Apparatus Maintenance Acct# 0122054-544400, Fire Holiday Acct# 0122051-514500, and Fire Sick Leave Buy Back Acct# 0122051-515400.
    3. Order relative to electricity community aggregation under M.G.L, c.164, § 134.
  4. New Petitions:
    1. New England Orienteering Club for a Special Event Permit for a map and compass sport event at Horn Pond, parking lot, and Arlington Road on August 25, 2024 with request for waiver of umbrella liability insurance.

  5. Public Hearings:
    1. Presentation and public comment period regarding the MBTA Communities Multifamily Law’s new zoning requirements and guidelines and how they affect the City of Woburn.
    2. NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for grant of location to install one new joint owned pole, 591/25A, approximately 110 feet south of pole 591/26, on Commerce Way.
    3. Connoisseurs Products Corp. for a special permit under Sections 5.1(30b), 5.1(40ab), 5.1(42), 7.3, and 12 of the WZO, to allow for the alteration of an existing nonconforming use and building, for the continued use of office, light manufacturing, and warehouse space with parking, by constructing a one story addition, reduction of parking spaces, and increase of loading docks, at 17 Presidential Way.
    4. Hannaford & Dumas Corporation for a special permit pursuant to Section 5.1(40ab); Section 5.1 (42); Section 5.1 (57b); Section 7.3; Section 8.2.5 and Section 15 to allow construction of a two (2) story addition approximately 6,960 square feet of additional gross floor area, with overnight parking of one (1) box truck with a reduction of parking, at 24-26 Conn Street.
    5. Woburn Planning Board, to amend WZO, to allow murals citywide in Non-Residential Zoning District by: (1) adding the definition of Mural to Section 2 Definitions; (2) revise the definition of Sign in Section 2 to distinguish between signs & mural; (3) revise Section 5.1 by inserting a new line 78a; (4) revise notes to 5.1, Table of Use Regulations, by adding a new Note 28.
